Pedicures Q&A: How do I remove Shellac nail polish?

Question by Scully’s Bird: How do I remove Shellac nail polish?
I had a voucher for a Shellac manicure & pedicure but now I can’t get the stuff off! I have tried nail polish remover & Meths but its not budging, is the only way to get it off to pay & have it professionally removed?

Wow stores will do anything to make a few extra dollars or euro .
Try some paint remover or something from diy ?

Put the aceton on a cotton ball ( soak it real well) put that on te nail and wrap the nail in the alu foil.Wait for about 10 min then take it of.There will still be some on the nail which you can scrape off easily with a wooden manicure stick

Most salons that do shellac nails remove them for free,if not soak the nails in acetone for 20 mins this will dissolve the polish without damaging your own nails.
