Question by prettywoman: ToeNail problem. “mis-shapen’ toenails… any “beauty bods” out there ?
I was going to a chiropodist who cut them for me (as Im disabled) and basically now theyr all out of shape and they look awful. Id like to get them like people in foot adverts and wondered if I went to a beauty shop, whether if they were cut at a different angle or something? Any advice gratefully received. Thanks

Toenails should always be cut straight across with good quality clippers. I’m positive your chiropodist knows what they’re doing, but they are not cutting the toenails in a way to keep them looking pretty!
If you went to a salon for a pedicure they can cut, shape and file the nails for you. Some peoples toenails naturally grow in more curved angles, but a good regular pedicure could help with the appearance.
Or you could try having gel applied to your toes in a salon, this makes them look fantastic.
Or for a cheaper option, try stick on toenails from Kiss (about £8 from Boots and they are fab!)
