    Buffers for nail surfaces are to file down ridges and yellow build-up from red nail polishes. This is why we should always put base coat polish before applying red polishes or dark polishes on๏ปฟ our nails…

    Yeah, the yellow build up is mostly from red polishes.. I’d like to know how๏ปฟ can you determine the difference between the yellow build and yellow toe fungus?
