An Indian Head Massage, it was soo relaxing I nearly fell asleep and it lasted 15 minutes! Heaven
But my hair was messed up afterwards

I got a gift certificate for Elizabeth Arden’s “Red Door” spa in Manhattan. I got a whole day of pampering, THAT was the best. I got a package that had an hour massage, a facial for sensitive skin, a pedicure, a manicure, had my hair cut and styled, and got my make-up done. All for the low, low price of over $ 300!!! LOL. But it was awesome, a whole day of pampering. Nothing can beat that. And I didn’t pay for it either. DEFINITELY can’t beat that!

There’s an amazing treatment at the Elemis spa called a Rasul. You and your partner can go in together so it’s wonderful for couples. I took my boyfriend last time. But I’m sure it would be just as much fun with a friend or for a treat on your own.
It’s a domed room that’s dimly lit with stars in the roof, and two huge heated ‘chairs’. Very beautifully decorated in a Moroccan type style, with a bowl or rose petal water in the middle. You go in naked and can lock the door, you get loads of little pots of mud to smear on each other. Then the rooms fills with herbal steam. Then you just have some fun, chat or relax, it’s brilliant and relaxing. After half and hour of having fun in the herbal steam and mud in your private room a scented ‘rainfall’ comes down and washes it all away. You’re in a completely private room and afterwards you have all the lovely body lotions to put on and can relax for a bit. It’s only £30 each.
Well worth it. So much fun and you feel really pampered. They are very professional there as well and even my fella didn’t feel uncomfortable being in a spa!
