Question by Natalie F: Attention El Pasoans: Is there a salon/spa here that does NOT use jets for pedicures? I had one bad experience with those jets at a not-so-clean spa, and I will only go to ones that use a water bowl to soak your feet in. Is there any place like that in El Paso?
