Out of all the methods I’ve tried Vaseline is the best, put a thick layer over your feet and put some socks on before you go to bed, when you wake up your feet will instantly be smooth!
Keep at it twice a week for prolonged results!
Alternatively baby oil is also good when used in the same way
A regular soap is usually sufficient but in case your feet are more sensitive and prone to getting infections, go for anti-bacterial soaps. These medicated soaps are more effective but at the same time should be used only after consulting a dermatologist.
Apply Vaseline to your feet and wear shocks before going to sleep.
A combination of Sally Hansen and Ms. Pedicure products will work WONDERS!! 🙂 And it’s all cost effective!
Ms. Pedicure makes a foot soak and a foot scrub that are great. Soak your feet in warm water mixed with the soak (there’s also a lavender Sally Hansen soak that’s really good) for about 5-10 minutes, then use the foot scrub and rub it on the particularly dry areas. Then soak your feet for another 5-10 minutes, or longer, because it feels great, lol.
After that, dry your feet thoroughly and rub a packet of Sally Hansen overnight foot cream all over your feet. It won’t rub IN, but it’ll just kind slab all over the place. Then put socks on and go to bed! When you wake up in the morning, your feet will look and feel great! 🙂
I feel like a commercial, lol. It’s just that good, though!! If you need some extra softness, use a pumice stone on the extra rough parts of your feet after using the foot scrub, and soak for an extra few minutes. It works great, I promise you!
You can get all this stuff really cheap at a drugstore. The Sally Hansen stuff comes in little packets for like 99-cents each, and Ms. Pedicure has good prices, too. So good luck! 🙂
