I’ve challenged myself to not use heat on my hair for 2 months. So far I
haven’t used it in 3 weeks. 🙂
I use the Neutrogena shampoo too & I love it! I only use it every other
week like you & it really makes a difference. :)
Brushing your hair while it’s wet does not make your hair not grow it
actually breaks your hair causing split ends.

I use the 3 minute miracle deep conditioner it really works
what they mean when they say dont brush your hair when its wet is dont use
a brush you should use a wide-tooth comb its better for your hair
When you brush your hair when wet it increases split ends but you can still
brush your hair if you try not to rip through it! I find it helps because
my hair is super thick :-)
The shampoo and conditioner you have I have if too and also I brush it when
it’s wet cuz I have really thick like you twins lol
