I understand that you would not go into as much detail with a home as with
a salon pedicure, but the basic things you would do the same. Using the
file the correct way is the is what makes the difference of a pedicure
either in a salon or just keeping up the maintenence at home…
I got to do this with my GF one time. If I ever get one.
Could u use regular salt?
I HATE the sound the file makes.
i think pukkie should have specified, any professional would have. the
reason for massaging towards the heart is to prevent lymphatic congestion
and to actually stimulate lymphatic drainage. massaging away from the heart
will, in some people, cause the feet to retain fluid and swell. you
especially need to be careful not to do that to a diabetic or a person with
poor circulation to their feet since that could lead to more serious
problems.
theres a reason for why spatulas that are used to extract products from
there containers and called ”disposables’ your men to throw them away
after using them once. when your applying the exfoliant, your ment to use
your basic massage movements like effleurage and petrissage to assist with
disquimation. now tell me, do you even have the faintest idea of what those
words mean without googling them?

What’s the best salt scrub to use ladies?
Sorry for responding so late to your comment–I have to remember to check
my inbox! I had no idea that there was a “condition” or however you want to
call it for my enjoyment in hearing certain sounds and I had been watching
all of these scrubby pedicure/nail filing videos on YouTube for a while,
but I just thought it was a strange quirk I had–then someone recommended
an “ASMR” video (something I’d never heard of) and I didn’t feel so strange
after all, but it was long after I saw this video.
can u plz tel me which salt is she using??
ikr, there are no vids on here using the salt scrub 🙁
this is what I used to watch before I discovered ASMR ^.^ thank god because
it was really irritating listening to a commercial after every 2 minute
segment
I friggin love that scrubbing sound and when she puts the salt on the file
I don’t know what contamination you guys are talking about. i watched her
actions very closely; she never took out any product with her hands, but
always scooped it with a scoop and spread it on the file.

Ehm, i’m an profesional pedicure, but this is a big no no in hygiene, and
you’ll have to rub towards the heart.
This girl doesn’t look like she’s ever done this. Go to an Asian salon;
they’re the real deal!
