rub your feet with a nice thick creme/lotion, and wrap them in plastic bags it will mostruize them, then rub the bottom of your feet heels, ect…with a pumice stone, paint a nice neutral skin tone color, an your ready to go,

well today is almost over, so, after your shower, once your feet are nice and moist, scrub them with a pumice stone or whatever you have like it. lotion your feet and so this everyday. make sure your feet are completely dry before you lotion. if they aren’t, your skin may start to peel and appear blister like on the bottom- not really attractive! saturday, before your shower, feel your feet. take note of any high or uneven spots. then shower and make sure you wash in between your toes! many people forget to do that! then after the shower, pumice the spots and make sure you are even. lotion again. if you are polishing your toe nails, do it before your shower saturday so the extra polish you get on your toes with just come off with the steam/water of the shower. remember a top coat too! and i know don’t have to say it, but make sure you shave/veet well! lather up and over lap your strokes! this makes sure you haven’t really missed an area. and pay attention to the ankle and knee- those are problem areas for many ladies!
