Question by asia: where is the best place for manicures & pedicures in Billings, MT?
i am going to treat my bf to manis & pedis before her wedding.
i am loking for a place with that “spa” feel – fancy, but not too expensive. we want sompleace that can do two people at once.
websites and phone numbers are a plus! Thanks!
