Suffering Sore Feet

Do you have tired and sore feet?

If you’re suffering with tired and sore feet at the end of the day, then here’s a helpful solution that’s quick and easy and only takes a few minutes.

How to help sore feet:

Our feet are designed to bend and flex throughout the day, and our bare feet were originally designed to walk on a range of surfaces every day.

Nowadays, we tend to squeeze our feet into fashionable shoes, often with very little foot support, so it’s no wonder we experience sore feet from time to time.

If your feet ache and feel sore at the end of the day, then a simple and inexpensive solution is to find a tennis ball and then have a seat in your favorite chair.
Take your shoes off, and place the tennis ball under the sole of your bare foot, gently sliding the ball from your heel forwards, under the arch, along both sides and then under the toes.
Then simply work from your toes back to your heel, applying pressure by pushing down on the tennis ball, and working your way back towards your

Try to do this backwards and forwards motion for 2 to 3 minutes, and then repeat the same steps for your other foot.

Sore Feet Solved:

Your sore feel will feel better straight afterward doing this simple exercise. Rolling the tennis ball beneath your feet relieves the tension in your feet, stretches and massages your foot muscles, improves the flexibility of your toes and improves your circulation in your feet.

So, next time you have sore feet, find a tennis ball or something similar, and roll your feet over the ball while you sit back and relax.

If you’d like to take this little exercise a step further, for added sore feet relief, soak your feet first in a bowl of warm water adding your favorite essential oil, bubble bath, soap or Epsom salts.
After a good soak, dry your feet thoroughly, then follow the steps above Β for an even more relaxing foot treatment.
