Question by donna p: whats the typical lifespan of a buffer block? Recommend for Pedicures?
I have some deep ridges (lines) on the big toe nail for some reason, and have never had a professional pedicure before (heard too many horror stories); so anyone out there know of a good brand? whats the typical price? and when do I know to throw the buffer block out? how often do I have to use it? Thanks!

it depends on how often you use it … the pedicure blocks will last you a while since they use a tougher grade of sandpaper … try using also a pumice stone … and moisturize … do all daily … also cover you feet at night with socks .. to lock in moisture .. all will minimize “crust” on your feet. good luck!
